Spectrum Eventz absolute amalgamation of Entertainment, Media & Communications, is an established name in the industry. We serve our clients with services encompassing Advertising and Branding, Events and Activations including Sports Management, MICE and Wedding Management and its other expertise. An event can be described as a public assembly for the purpose of celebration,education, marketing or reunion. Events can be classified on the basis of theirsize, type and context.

What is Event Management ?

Event Management is the process of analyzing, planning, marketing, producingand evaluating an event. - It is a different way of promoting a product, service oridea. - If an event is managed efficiently and effectively, it can be used as a verypowerful promotional tool to launch or market a product or service. - Events Management requires certain core values to be deployed to every element,process and decision to justify professional approach and achieve effective and efficient results.

Events Types ?

• Corporate Events – Events like Y2B, HR Summit and etc.
• Education and career events – Events like education and career fair,workshop, seminar, debate, contest, competition etc.
• Social Events – Events like balkalakaar, Impact week, Discovering,hope,Udaan and etc.


Our Work Team

1. Executive team and roles : - Your job is to manage the executive team, which we’ll talk about more in the next section. - The executive team works under you, and each of them often has a team of volunteers that will work under them.
2. Executive producer : - Your team’s executive producer will lead all production and planning for the day of the event. - They over see all of the roles happening on the day of your event related to content production, stage management, technology, and video.
 3. Event Manager : - This person manages most of your event’s day-of logistics, and is responsible for creating a “TEDx experience” for your guests. - They serve as the contact with your venue’s staff, manage day-of event activities outside of the main stage, and are often in charge of ticketing and registration needs.
4. Sponsorships and budgets manager : - This team member is responsible for raising money from sponsors for event expenses, and managing the event’s finances. - They should be someone who has experience with fundraising and development, since this is one of the most important components of the event planning process.
5. Designer : - You’ll want someone with experience in design to help you create the event logo, website, branding materials and other aesthetic components of your event.
6. Video and production lead : - This person has the important task of over seeing the video and production of the event – from managing audio and video needs, camera operators and the livestream of your event.

Our Capabilities

    1. Time Management :

    - The ability to coordinate not only yourself, but the scheduling of the entire team helping with the event.
    - It’s all about planning, and re-planning and scheduling.

    2.Resourcefulness

    - this is the most important. With years of experience in events, there is always something that requires a creative fix.
    - Whether it be a piece of tape, or re-working a display because the display across the aisle looks too much like yours.
    - You have to be very resourceful and use what you have. Ability to pool together the individuals you need.
